The Pacific Dental Alliance has a new provider in Tacoma serving participants of the Trust’s Traditional Dental Plan.

This new provider has replaced Affordable Dental Care located at 3402 S 18th St., who is no longer part of the Trust’s Traditional Dental Plan and will no longer accept the Plan’s reimbursement as payment in full.
