Under the Combined Coverage Program, banquet workers who don’t regularly work enough hours in a month to qualify for health coverage can combine hours worked at multiple employers to help earn coverage. Each employer must have an agreement with Local 8 to participate in the Combined Coverage Program and you must have worked at least 100 combined hours per month for participating employers.
