The UNITE HERE Northwest Trust Funds is happy to introduce a new primary care option for eligible participants – Vera Whole Health.
Vera Whole Health provides Advanced Primary Care through an integrated care team that works with you to assess and create a plan for the whole you – including physical, mental and lifestyle health.
Vera services cost you nothing–they’re included in your health plan benefits. Care centers can often accommodate same- or next-day appointments for most acute needs.
In most cases, providers can see you online, over the phone or in-person care at one of seven Vera Care Centers located throughout the Puget Sound and downtown Portland.

- Preventive care: Check-ups, screenings, immunizations, well-person exams, family planning
- Chronic disease support: For conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and depression
- Acute care: Coughs and colds, wound care, sprains and strains, rashes, UTIs, back pain
- Health coaching: Empathetic coaches who provide accountability to help you reach your goals
- Additional services: On-site labs, prescriptions, vaccinations, travel medicine, behavioral health, specialty care coordination and advocacy
