Effective immediately, the Trust will provide coverage for care that follows the Gender Affirming Treatment Act under Washington State Law.
Care must be considered medically necessary as determined by the Plan’s utilization review entities, Aetna (for medical care) and Sav-Rx (for medications). Please have your doctor contact Aetna or Sav-Rx to submit the required documentation for review before services are rendered and medications are ordered.

- Breast Reduction/Mammaplasty
